What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Care Plus Medical UCC's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Care Plus Medical UCC has the option, but not the obligation, to manage social media accounts for the entire Care Plus Medical system. Alternatively, Care Plus Medical UCC may allow individual franchisees to operate their own social media accounts.

However, franchisees must get approval from Care Plus Medical UCC before undertaking any marketing, advertising, or public relations activities, including those on social media. Franchisees must also adhere to any System Standards that Care Plus Medical UCC sets regarding marketing, advertising, and public relations.

This means that while Care Plus Medical UCC might handle social media at the system level, franchisees need to ensure their own marketing efforts comply with Care Plus Medical UCC's guidelines and receive prior approval. This ensures brand consistency and adherence to Care Plus Medical UCC's marketing strategies.
