- 11.5 Business Data. All customer data and other non-public data generated by the Business is Confidential Information and is exclusively owned by Care Plus Medical UCC.
Care Plus Medical UCC hereby licenses such data back to Franchisee without charge solely for Franchisee's use in connection with the Business for the term of this Agreement.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Care Plus Medical UCC's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, all customer data and other non-public data generated by the business is considered Confidential Information and is exclusively owned by Care Plus Medical UCC. However, Care Plus Medical UCC licenses this data back to the franchisee without charge.
This license allows the franchisee to use the data solely in connection with their Care Plus Medical UCC business. The term for which Care Plus Medical UCC licenses the customer data back to the franchisee is for the term of the Franchise Agreement.
This arrangement means that while franchisees can utilize customer data to operate and grow their business during the term of the agreement, they do not own this data. Upon termination of the franchise agreement, the franchisee would no longer have the right to use the customer data.
