What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is uniform. Upon signing the agreement, the franchisee must pay the initial franchise fee in the amount stated on the Summary Page. This fee is non-refundable.
Typically, the initial franchise fee in a franchise system is a standard, non-negotiable amount that all new franchisees must pay. This fee grants the franchisee the right to operate under the Care Plus Medical Ucc brand and utilize its system. The initial franchise fee also covers the costs that Care Plus Medical Ucc incurs to set up a new franchisee, including training and support.
As the initial franchise fee is non-refundable, prospective franchisees should conduct thorough due diligence before signing the agreement. This includes carefully reviewing the FDD, speaking with existing franchisees, and assessing their own financial situation to ensure they can afford the initial investment and ongoing fees.
