According to Care Plus Medical UCC's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Location Acceptance Letter, issued in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Franchise Agreement, specifies the location and territory of the franchisee's business. Care Plus Medical UCC determines the territory in its good faith discretion, substantially in accordance with Item 12 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
