What happens if a Care Plus Medical Ucc franchisee refuses to cooperate with an audit by Care Plus Medical Ucc?

According to the 2024 Care Plus Medical Ucc Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee refuses to cooperate with or permit any audit or inspection by Care Plus Medical Ucc or its agents or contractors, or otherwise fails to comply with Section 10.5 or Section 11.2 of the agreement, Care Plus Medical Ucc has grounds to terminate the franchise agreement without providing an opportunity for the franchisee to cure the breach.

Care Plus Medical Ucc has the right to examine and audit all books and records related to the business at any reasonable time. The audit may be conducted at the franchisee's location or the franchisee may be required to deliver copies of the books, records, and supporting documentation to a location designated by Care Plus Medical Ucc.
