Why is the Guarantor executing the Guaranty for the Care Plus Medical Ucc Franchise Agreement?

According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Guarantor is executing the Guaranty to induce Care Plus Medical Ucc to enter into the Franchise Agreement.
