What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Care Plus Medical UCC Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay all taxes when they are due. This obligation is part of the contractual requirements that franchisees must adhere to throughout the term of their franchise agreement.
In addition to paying taxes on time, franchisees are also obligated to comply with the terms of any loans they take out and to make all loan payments when due. If the franchisee leases their business location, they must comply with the lease terms and make all rent payments when due. These requirements ensure that the franchisee manages their financial obligations responsibly and maintains a good standing with creditors and landlords.
Failure to meet these financial obligations, including the timely payment of taxes, can result in penalties, legal action, or even termination of the franchise agreement. Therefore, it is crucial for prospective Care Plus Medical UCC franchisees to carefully consider their financial capabilities and ensure they can meet all financial obligations associated with operating the franchise.
