What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Care Plus Medical Ucc Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally restricted from making wholesale sales. Specifically, Care Plus Medical Ucc mandates that sales are to be made only to retail customers and solely at the approved location.
Care Plus Medical Ucc strictly prohibits sales through wholesale channels, delivery services, mail order, over the internet, or at temporary satellite locations unless explicitly approved or required by Care Plus Medical Ucc. This policy ensures that franchisees focus on direct retail sales at their designated location, maintaining the brand's control over distribution and customer experience.
This restriction is typical in franchise systems to maintain brand consistency and prevent channel conflict. A prospective Care Plus Medical Ucc franchisee should be aware of this limitation and factor it into their business plan, focusing on building a strong retail presence at their approved location.
