What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Multi-Unit Development Agreement is attached as Exhibit C. Item 1 of the FDD states that if you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement, you will develop multiple Care Plus Medical outlets on an agreed-upon schedule. For each future unit franchise, Care Plus Medical Ucc will require you to sign their then-current form of agreement.
