According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Care Plus Medical Ucc offers assistance to franchisees in training their employees both before and after the business opens. Prior to opening, Care Plus Medical Ucc's opening support includes assisting franchisees in training employees.

After opening, Care Plus Medical Ucc will provide suggested staffing levels, guidelines for hiring, and operational instructions in the Brand Standards Manual that franchisees can use to train new employees. Care Plus Medical Ucc also provides an initial training program that franchisees (and their general manager) must complete to satisfaction. The franchisee must attend this training, and may send additional people. There is no fee for up to 4 people to attend training. However, the franchisee is responsible for the travel and living expenses of their employees or managers attending training. If a new general manager needs to attend the training program, there is a fee of $450 per day, per 6-hour day/session.
