If you sign a franchise agreement with us, you will develop and operate a state-of-the-art facility offering walk-in urgent medical care services as well as telemedicine, under the trade name Care Plus Medical. If you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement (attached as Exhibit C to this disclosure document), you will develop multiple Care Plus Medical outlets, on an agreed-upon schedule. For each future unit franchise, we will require you to sign our then-current form of
franchise agreement, which may be different from the form of franchise agreement included in this disclosure document.
We operate in the Urgent Medical Care market that is well developed. Our products and services are offered year-round. You will compete for customers with independent owners, national chains, regional chains, large hospital networks and franchised businesses, offering urgent medical care services and telemedicine.
