What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, any formal written notice a franchisee needs to send to Care Plus Medical Ucc must be delivered to a specific address to be considered effective. That address is 30 N Gould Street, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

This requirement ensures that all official communications are directed to a central, designated location, which helps Care Plus Medical Ucc manage and track important correspondence from its franchisees. The FDD specifies that the notice must be in writing and delivered either personally, via registered or certified U.S. mail with return receipt requested, or through an overnight courier service to ensure proof of delivery.

Care Plus Medical Ucc also retains the right to modify the methods by which it communicates certain information to franchisees. Specifically, the FDD states that Care Plus Medical UCC may amend the Manual, give binding notice of changes to System Standards, and deliver notices of default by electronic mail or other electronic communication. This indicates that while franchisees must adhere to traditional written notice via mail or courier for formal communications to Care Plus Medical Ucc, the franchisor has more flexibility in how it disseminates information to franchisees.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand and comply with these notice provisions, as failure to send notices to the correct address and through the proper channels could result in miscommunication or a lack of official record, potentially impacting their rights and obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
