Can Care Plus Medical Ucc accumulate funds in the Marketing Fund?

According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Care Plus Medical Ucc may accumulate funds in the Marketing Fund and carry the balance over to subsequent years. This means that if the Marketing Fund has a surplus in a given year, those funds can be retained and used in future years. Conversely, if the Marketing Fund operates at a deficit or requires additional funds, Care Plus Medical Ucc may loan such funds to the Marketing Fund on reasonable terms.
