The training program will be conducted online or, if you choose, at our headquarters in Springville, Utah or a regional training location designated by us. We provide online training materials at no charge, but if you choose to travel to our Austin headquarters for training you must pay all expensesthat you and your personnel incur in initial training, including costs of travel, lodging, meals and wages. We may charge a reasonable training fee for training all successor or replacement personnel. (Franchise Agreement, Section VIII.A.)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program can be completed online or in person. Franchisees have the option to attend training at the Card My Yard headquarters in Springville, Utah, or at a regional training location designated by the company.
Card My Yard offers online training materials at no charge. However, if franchisees choose to travel to the headquarters for in-person training, they are responsible for covering all associated expenses. These expenses include travel, lodging, meals, and wages for themselves and their personnel.
The initial training program is designed to take approximately 22 hours to complete, including online instruction courses. After completing the online portion, a mandatory training call is required to review the information. Card My Yard may also schedule additional follow-up phone calls as deemed necessary, with the Principal Owner and General Manager required to participate.
