What This Means (2025 FDD)

I am unable to provide information on the specific sections or exhibits within Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Agreement that address non-competition covenants. While Item 11 references various sections and exhibits of the Franchise Agreement, it does not specifically mention non-competition covenants.

To find this information, a prospective Card My Yard franchisee should carefully review the Table of Contents of the Franchise Agreement itself, as well as all exhibits. Look for sections or exhibits with titles containing terms like "non-compete," "competition," "confidentiality," or "proprietary information."

It is also advisable to consult with a franchise attorney who can help identify and interpret these clauses within the Franchise Agreement and related exhibits. The attorney can explain the scope and enforceability of any non-competition provisions, which is crucial for understanding the restrictions a franchisee will face both during and after the franchise term.
