What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor retains the right to modify the Card My Yard Manuals from time to time. The franchisee is obligated to comply with all additions and modifications to the manuals and must keep their copy current. In case of a dispute about the contents of the manuals, the master copy held at the franchisor's offices will take precedence. Franchisees must ensure that their owners and employees who need access to the manuals for business operations keep the information confidential.
Franchisees are not allowed to print, copy, duplicate, record, or reproduce the manuals, either in whole or in part, or make them available to unauthorized individuals. The franchisee must keep the manuals in a secure location at the Card My Yard business. This underscores the importance of franchisees staying updated with any changes to the operational guidelines and maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided in the manuals.
