What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Card My Yard and its agents have the right to enter the franchisee's business at any reasonable time to conduct inspections. The franchisee is required to cooperate with Card My Yard's representatives during these inspections and provide any assistance reasonably requested.

If deficiencies are detected during an inspection, Card My Yard will notify the franchisee, who must then take the necessary steps to correct them promptly. The definition of a 'reasonable time' for correcting deficiencies is determined by Card My Yard.

Should the franchisee fail to correct the deficiencies within the specified timeframe, Card My Yard has the right, but not the obligation, to correct the deficiencies themselves. The franchisee will then be charged a reasonable fee for the expenses incurred by Card My Yard in taking corrective action, including any necessary re-inspection fees, which are payable on demand.
