We do not provide any architectural or design plans or specifications for a Card My Yard business, but upon your request we will provide basic instructions for hangers/hooks to use for storing your yard signs and letters (Franchise Agreement, Section III.D.)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Card My Yard does not provide architectural or design plans for the business. However, upon request, Card My Yard will provide basic instructions for hangers/hooks to use for storing yard signs and letters.
While Card My Yard does not offer architectural or design plans, franchisees are responsible for ensuring their business premises comply with local ordinances and building codes. They must also obtain all necessary approvals, clearances, permits, licenses, and certifications required for the lawful construction or remodeling and operation of the Card My Yard business.
If architectural, engineering, design, construction, or other related services are deemed necessary, the franchisee is responsible for obtaining these services at their own expense. Any architects or engineers selected for the Card My Yard business must be approved by Card My Yard before commencing work, and Card My Yard may provide a list of approved professionals, although they are not obligated to do so.
