What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Card My Yard requires franchisees to begin offering new products or services, they will provide 90 days' notice, identifying the necessary items or equipment for purchase.

If a franchisee fails to purchase the required items or equipment within a reasonable time after this notification, the maximum timeframe is 90 days. After this period, Card My Yard has the option to purchase the items or equipment on behalf of the franchisee.

Card My Yard will then ship the items to the franchisee and deduct the costs of the items and shipping from the franchisee's designated account via ACH/EFT withdrawal. The deduction is capped at $1,000 per year.
