If any Principal Owner or General Manager fails, in our sole judgment, to satisfactorily complete our initial training program, and you fail to cure such default within ninety (90) days following written notice from us, we may terminate this Agreement.

According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Principal Owner and General Manager must successfully complete the initial online training program before the Opening Date.
