- (6) To grant us and our agents the right to enter the Card My Yard business at any reasonable time to conduct inspections; to cooperate with our representatives conducting the inspections by rendering such assistance as they may reasonably request; and, upon notice from us or our agents (and without limiting our other rights under this Agreement), to take any and all steps that may be necessary to correct promptly any deficiencies detected during an inspection.
If you fail for any reason to correct such deficiencies within a reasonable time, as determined by us, we will have the right and authority (but no obligation) to correct the deficiencies and to charge you a reasonable fee, payable on demand, for our expenses in taking the corrective action (including, without limitation, any necessary re-inspection);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to cooperate with representatives conducting inspections. Specifically, Card My Yard franchisees must grant Card My Yard and its agents the right to enter the business at any reasonable time to conduct inspections. Franchisees must also cooperate with representatives during these inspections by providing any assistance that is reasonably requested.
Furthermore, if any deficiencies are detected during an inspection, the franchisee is required to take the necessary steps to correct them promptly. If the franchisee fails to correct these deficiencies within a reasonable time frame, as determined by Card My Yard, Card My Yard has the right, but not the obligation, to correct the deficiencies themselves.
If Card My Yard chooses to correct the deficiencies, the franchisee will be charged a reasonable fee for the expenses incurred, including any necessary re-inspection fees. This fee is payable on demand. This requirement ensures that Card My Yard franchisees maintain the standards and quality of the Card My Yard brand, and it allows Card My Yard to take corrective action if franchisees fail to meet these standards.
