What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, several sections address service and customer-related topics. Item 23, Section H, specifically requires franchisees to promptly handle and resolve all consumer complaints connected with their Card My Yard business and to notify Card My Yard of any communications with governmental authorities affecting the business. This highlights the importance of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, Item 23, Section I, discusses the Internet website and the franchisee's obligations regarding online presence. While franchisees cannot establish their own websites without prior approval, they are authorized to advertise and promote approved information on social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This indicates that Card My Yard provides guidelines and standards for online marketing and customer engagement.

Furthermore, Item 23, Section A(3) mentions that Card My Yard maintains an Internet website providing information about the System and the products and services offered. This website may include pages about individual franchisee's businesses, with content subject to Card My Yard's approval. This suggests that the official website serves as a key source of information for customers and a marketing platform for franchisees.
