What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may condition its approval of a supplier based on several factors. These factors include product quality, prices, consistency, reliability, and financial capability. Card My Yard also considers the supplier's labor relations, client relations, frequency of delivery, concentration of purchases, and standards of service, including their responsiveness to complaints.

For a prospective Card My Yard franchisee, this means that any supplier they wish to use must meet Card My Yard's standards across a wide range of operational and business criteria. This ensures that all suppliers within the Card My Yard system maintain a certain level of quality and service.

Card My Yard also reserves the right to reinspect the facilities and products of any approved supplier and to revoke approval if the supplier fails to continue meeting their criteria. If Card My Yard revokes approval of a supplier, franchisees must promptly discontinue using that supplier. Failure to comply with these supplier requirements constitutes a material breach of the Franchise Agreement.
