Our Predecessor, Card My Yard, LLC, applied for registration of the following Marks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") on the Principal Register, and as of October 1, 2020, our Parent, CMY Holdco, LLC, owns the following Marks. At the appropriate times, CMY Holdco, LLC intends to renew the registrations and to file all appropriate affidavits.

According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, CMY Holdco, LLC, the parent company, owned the specified trademarks as of October 1, 2020. The franchise agreement grants franchisees a license to operate under the "Card My Yard" mark and any future marks authorized by the franchisor. Card My Yard, LLC, the predecessor, applied for registration of these marks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on the Principal Register. CMY Holdco, LLC intends to renew the registrations and file all necessary affidavits at the appropriate times.
