The materials used in training include the online courses created by us, the Manuals as well as other presentation materials. Our training will be directed by Elizabeth Mangrum, our Director of Learning and Development, who has been working for us since August 2021 and has 6+ years of experience in this industry operating a Card My Yard business. Training will be conducted by Elizabeth Mangrum, Amanda Vaughn and/or Diana Moore and qualified members of our staff with at least one year of experience.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Card My Yard's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training program will be directed by Elizabeth Mangrum, the Director of Learning and Development, who has been with Card My Yard since August 2021 and has over six years of experience operating a Card My Yard business. In addition to Elizabeth Mangrum, training will be conducted by Amanda Vaughn, Diana Moore, and other qualified members of the Card My Yard staff with at least one year of experience.
This means that new Card My Yard franchisees will receive training from experienced individuals, including the Director of Learning and Development and other staff members who have been working with Card My Yard for at least a year. This ensures that franchisees are learning from people who are knowledgeable about the Card My Yard business model and have practical experience in the industry.
The training program is offered as an online course and as needed throughout the year, depending on the number of new franchisees, personnel needing training, and the scheduled openings of new Card My Yard businesses. This flexible approach to training allows Card My Yard to accommodate the varying needs of its franchisees and ensure that everyone receives the necessary training to successfully operate their business.
