A list of all franchisees, including their city and state and telephone number, who have been terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise voluntarily ceased to do business under the Franchise Agreement during the 12-month period ended October 31, 2024, or who have not communicated with us within 10 weeks of the issuance date of this Disclosure Document, is attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit F.
