quired. Most Carbone's Pizza Restaurants serve alcoholic beverages but it is not required and we must approve the sale of alcoholic beverages before you begin serving them from your Restaurant.

You may operate a full-service Restaurant, a fast-casual Restaurant or an express location. At the time you sign your Franchise Agreement we will agree on the model you will operate.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, serving alcoholic beverages is not a requirement for franchisees. While many Carbones Pizzeria restaurants do offer alcoholic beverages, it is optional. However, if a franchisee chooses to serve alcohol, they must first obtain approval from Carbones Pizzeria.

If a Carbones Pizzeria franchisee decides to serve alcoholic beverages, they must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. These include verifying the age of customers and ensuring they are of legal drinking age. Additionally, background checks are typically mandated for owners and certain management personnel before a liquor license is granted.

Prospective Carbones Pizzeria franchisees should consider the local market and regulations regarding alcohol sales when deciding whether to offer alcoholic beverages. They should also factor in the costs associated with obtaining a liquor license and complying with all relevant laws. The franchisor's approval process is another important consideration, as it adds an additional step to the process of serving alcohol.
