What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Carbones Pizzeria's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the deliveries and installation of the opening inventory. While Carbones Pizzeria will consult with the franchisee on the type of equipment and furnishings needed for the restaurant and provide a list of approved suppliers, the responsibility for all deliveries and installation rests solely with the franchisee.
This means that a prospective Carbones Pizzeria franchisee must factor in the costs and logistics of receiving and setting up all equipment, signs, fixtures, and the initial stock of supplies required to begin operations. This includes arranging for transportation, unloading, and proper installation, which may require hiring additional help or contractors.
This is a fairly standard arrangement in the franchise industry, where franchisees typically bear the responsibility for setting up their individual locations, while the franchisor provides guidance and support in terms of design and approved suppliers. Franchisees should carefully consider these logistical and financial obligations when planning their Carbones Pizzeria launch.
