The parties providing the training have all had at least one year of experience working in Carbone's Pizza restaurants. All costs of attending the training program for you and your employees (whether in the Twin Cities or at your location) will be your responsibility. Training is held on an as-needed basis as franchisees enter our franchise system. Thomas M. Carbone, our President, is the officer in charge of our initial training program. He has been with our company and has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. The required attendees at the initial training program must complete it to our satisfaction before the opening date of your Restaurant. We will use the Operations Manual for this training. The following represents a summary of our initial training program as of the issuance date of this Disclosure Document:

According to Carbones Pizzeria's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, they do provide an initial training program. The President of Carbones Pizzeria is in charge of the initial training program. The FDD states that the required attendees must complete the initial training program to the franchisor's satisfaction before the restaurant's opening date. The Operations Manual will be used for training purposes.

The initial training program for Carbones Pizzeria consists of on-site, hands-on work in a Carbone's Pizza restaurant located in the Twin Cities area, as well as some classroom training. If the franchisee will not be an owner-operator, the training is approximately 3 days in length. However, if the franchisee is an owner-operator, or for all operation managers, the training is approximately 12-24 days in length, depending upon which model of Restaurant is being opened.
