What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, the orientation includes 6 hours of classroom training. This is part of the initial training program that the owners of the Restaurant along with each operations manager must attend and successfully complete.
For non-operating owners, the total training is approximately 3 days in length. For owner-operators and all operation managers, the training is approximately 12-24 days in length, depending upon which model of Restaurant is being opened.
In addition to the orientation, the initial training program includes brand introduction/systems, POS training & financial management, kitchen preparation, product specification training/product cooking, opening & closing manager responsibilities, admin systems: labor, ordering, inventory, cash controls, marketing, kitchen supervision, delivery training & ride-along, production set-up, training & operation, and kitchen & FOH OJT. The costs of attending the training program for you and your employees will be your responsibility.
