What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, each owner and all operations managers, or others with management responsibility, must successfully complete the initial training program. This training is provided at no additional cost to the franchisee. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all costs and expenses for their owners and employees to attend the training. Most importantly, this initial training program must be completed before the Carbones Pizzeria restaurant opens to the general public. The training will take place at a location or locations designated by Carbones Pizzeria.
This requirement ensures that all key personnel are properly trained in the Carbone System before commencing operations. By mandating completion prior to opening, Carbones Pizzeria aims to maintain consistent standards and quality from the outset.
For a prospective franchisee, this means budgeting for travel and accommodation expenses related to the training. It also means planning the training schedule well in advance of the planned opening date to avoid delays. Failing to complete the training in time could postpone the restaurant's opening, impacting revenue projections.
