What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use only containers, cartons, sacks, napkins, flavorings, and garnishments that comply with the specifications set by Carbones Pizzeria. This requirement is part of ensuring that the restaurant maintains the standards and qualities associated with the Carbones Pizzeria brand.

This means a franchisee cannot choose their own suppliers or use alternative products without the franchisor's approval. This standardization helps maintain brand consistency across all locations, ensuring customers receive a uniform experience regardless of the specific franchise they visit.

The franchisee must ensure that all items used in dispensing and selling products from the restaurant adhere to these specifications. This includes not only the quality and type of materials but also potentially the branding or design of these items. Failing to comply with these requirements could be a breach of the franchise agreement, potentially leading to penalties or termination of the agreement.
