What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Carbones Pizzeria's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to operate their restaurants in accordance with the Carbone System. This includes maintaining sufficient supplies of products and employing enough staff to operate the restaurant at its maximum capacity and with maximum efficiency. This means a franchisee must ensure they have enough inventory and employees to handle peak demand and operate smoothly.
This obligation ensures that each Carbones Pizzeria location meets the brand's standards for service and quality. By operating at maximum capacity and efficiency, franchisees can optimize their revenue potential and maintain customer satisfaction. The FDD also states that the restaurant's hours of operation must align with what Carbones Pizzeria requires, subject to local laws and lease limitations.
Franchisees must also adhere to specific standards for employee uniforms and appearance, ensuring employees are neat, clean, and provide courteous service. Additionally, only approved containers, cartons, and other items that comply with Carbones Pizzeria's specifications can be used. These requirements help maintain brand consistency and customer experience across all locations. Franchisees must also use only the recipes supplied by Carbones Pizzeria for all menu items, and any deviation from these recipes is considered a breach of the franchise agreement.
