What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must complete a Statement of Ownership and Management at the time the Franchise Agreement is executed. If the franchisee is a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company, each owner and their spouse must sign the Franchisor's current Guaranty form when they become an owner.
The Carbones Pizzeria franchisee is obligated to immediately inform the Franchisor of any changes to the information provided in the Statement of Ownership and Management. This includes changes in ownership, management personnel, or any other details included in the statement.
Furthermore, Carbones Pizzeria requires that franchisees provide an updated Statement of Ownership and Management upon the Franchisor's request. This ensures that the Franchisor always has current and accurate information regarding the ownership and management structure of each franchise location.
