What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial step franchisees must take regarding contracts involves enabling the franchisor to receive automatic payments. To achieve this, the franchisee authorizes the franchisor to withdraw funds and initiate debit entries from the franchisee's designated bank account.

This authorization remains effective until the obligations outlined in the Franchise Agreement are fully satisfied or expressly released in writing by the franchisor. Moreover, the franchisee agrees that this authorization extends to any bank accounts opened during the agreement's term, including any renewal periods.

Should a franchisee close a bank account, they are obligated to immediately notify Carbones Pizzeria in writing, open a new bank account, and provide all necessary documentation for the franchisor to continue withdrawals via ACH debiting or other electronic methods. The document specifies that this authorization serves as the sole written authorization required for initiating debit entries to the franchisee's bank accounts in the future.
