Carbones_Pizzeria Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
The parties providing the training have all had at least one year of experience working in Carbone's Pizza restaurants. All costs of attending the training program for you and your employees (whether in the Twin Cities or at your location) will be your responsibility. Training is held on an as-needed basis as franchisees enter our franchise system. Thomas M. Carbone, our President, is the officer in charge of our initial training program. He has been with our company and has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. The required attendees at the initial training program must complete it to our satisfaction before the opening date of your Restaurant. We will use the Operations Manual for this training. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, the individuals providing training have a minimum of one year of experience working within Carbone's Pizza restaurants. The officer in charge of the initial training program is Thomas M. Carbone, the President, who has been with the company and in the restaurant business for over 25 years.
This indicates that the training staff has practical, hands-on experience within the Carbones Pizzeria system. For a prospective franchisee, this suggests that the training will be delivered by individuals familiar with the day-to-day operations and challenges of running a Carbones Pizzeria restaurant. The extensive experience of Thomas M. Carbone, with over 25 years in the restaurant business, adds credibility and suggests a deep understanding of the industry and the Carbones Pizzeria brand.
Prospective franchisees should consider this when evaluating the overall support and training provided by Carbones Pizzeria. While the FDD specifies the minimum experience level of trainers and highlights the experience of the training program's officer, it does not detail the specific roles or responsibilities of all trainers. It is important to note that all costs of attending the training program for the franchisee and their employees are the franchisee's responsibility.
