Computer Hardware and Software.

You must purchase the point-of-sale system that we require. You will use this system to track sales and manage financial information. The cost to acquire the system is between $5,000 and $10,000. You must also pay a monthly fee of between $300 and $500. Neither we nor any of our affiliates nor any third party have any obligation to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades or updates to the system. There are no limitations on our right to require you to upgrade, update or acquire new technology during the terms of the Franchise Agreement.
