What email address should be used when sending a notice to the Franchisee for Carbones Pizzeria?

All notices permitted or required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed so delivered:
- a. when delivered by hand;
- b. three (3) days after placed in the United States mail by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or one (1) business day after placed in the hands of an overnight courier, for next day delivery, and in either case addressed to the party to be notified at its most current principal business address of which the notifying party has been notified (which, in the case of Franchisee, includes the address of the Franchised Business); or
- c. one (1) business day after being sent via email to the party to be notified as follows: if to Franchisor, to tommy@carbones.com and if to Franchisee, the last Franchisee provided email address to Franchisor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, when sending an email notice to the franchisee, the email address to be used is the last email address the franchisee provided to Carbones Pizzeria.
This means it is the franchisee's responsibility to keep Carbones Pizzeria updated with their current email address. If the franchisee fails to do so, they risk missing important notices sent via email.
It is important to note that this email address is only for sending notices as required by the franchise agreement. Other communications may occur through different channels. For sending notices, Carbones Pizzeria will use tommy@carbones.com for correspondence to the franchisor.
