What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, the Operations Manual is used for the initial training program. The initial training program is required to be completed to the satisfaction of Carbones Pizzeria before the opening date of the restaurant.

The initial training program consists largely of on-site, "hands on" work in a Carbones Pizzeria restaurant in the Twin Cities area but also includes some "classroom training." The owners of the Restaurant along with each operations manager must attend and successfully complete the initial training program.

If the franchisee will not be an owner-operator the training is approximately 3 days in length. If the franchisee is an owner-operator, and for all operation managers, the training is approximately 12-24 days in length, depending upon which model of Restaurant is being opened.
