It is acknowledged that the parties intend to expedite the resolution of any such dispute through the mediation process.

Each party shall pay one-half of the costs of the mediation and their own attorney fees and costs.

In the event of a dispute, either the franchisee or Carbones Pizzeria can request a meeting to resolve the issue. If the dispute remains unresolved after the meeting, the parties will then submit to mediation in Hennepin County, Minnesota, using a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
