All notices permitted or required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed so delivered:
- a. when delivered by hand;
- b. three (3) days after placed in the United States mail by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or one (1) business day after placed in the hands of an overnight courier, for next day delivery, and in either case addressed to the party to be notified at its most current principal business address of which the notifying party has been notified (which, in the case of Franchisee, includes the address of the Franchised Business); or
- c. one (1) business day after being sent via email to the party to be notified as follows: if to Franchisor, to tommy@carbones.com and if to Franchisee, the last Franchisee provided email address to Franchisor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Carbones Pizzeria Franchise Disclosure Document, any notices required to be delivered to the franchisee can be done so in a few different ways. First, it can be delivered by hand. Second, it can be sent via registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, three days after being placed in the mail. In all of these scenarios, the notice must be addressed to the franchisee's most current principal business address of which the notifying party has been notified. For the franchisee, this includes the address of the franchised business. For email notices, if the notice is to the franchisor, it should be sent to tommy@carbones.com. If the notice is to the franchisee, it should be sent to the last email address the franchisee provided to Carbones Pizzeria.
