Answer from 2025 FDD Document

for the first 1-3 years of the Hotel's operations.

    1. Electronic Payments. You must make all payments for Royalty Fees, System Services Charges, and other amounts due to us or any member of the Hyatt Group under the Franchise Agreement or relating to the Hotel by electronic funds transfer ("EFT") in compliance with System Standards. We periodically may change the procedure for payments. You must make funds available in your account to cover payments when due. You may not change your bank, financial institution, or account used in the operation of the Hotel without first telling us.
    1. World of Hyatt Program. Brand Hotels must participate in, and pay all charges related to, the Hyatt Group's frequent guest loyalty program (the "Loyalty Program"), called the "World of Hyatt" program. The Hyatt Group assesses each Participating Hotel and certain other hotels an amount in the Hyatt Group's discretion to operate the Loyalty Program, which amount may change periodically.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Caption By Hyatt franchise offers centralized resources, including revenue management services, for a fee through the Central Hotel Services by Hyatt Program. While the FDD outlines various fees such as Royalty Fees, Commercial Services Fees, and Digital Acquisition Fees, it does not explicitly state when the Revenue Management Services Program fee is due.

However, the FDD does mention that franchisees must make all payments for Royalty Fees, System Services Charges, and other amounts due to Hyatt by electronic funds transfer (EFT) in compliance with System Standards. These funds must be available in the franchisee's account when due, and the payment procedures may change periodically.

To gain clarity on the specific due dates for the Revenue Management Services Program fee, prospective Caption By Hyatt franchisees should inquire directly with the franchisor about the Central Services Agreement and its schedules. Understanding the payment terms and conditions is crucial for managing the financial obligations of the franchise.
