Who is responsible for approving IT Statements of Work (SOW) for a Caption By Hyatt hotel?

According to Caption By Hyatt's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Hotel Owner/Management is responsible for approving IT Statements of Work (SOW). While Hyatt IT plays a role in various IT-related tasks, the ultimate approval lies with the Hotel Owner/Management.
