This definition is important for Caption By Hyatt franchisees because they must ensure their hotels are in full compliance with these Accessibility Laws.

The franchisee is responsible for ensuring the hotel complies with all Accessibility Laws and other applicable ordinances, building codes, and permit requirements, and is safe for occupancy. Caption By Hyatt may inspect the hotel at any time, with or without notice to the franchisee, to determine whether the franchisee and the hotel are complying with the Hotel System, System Standards, and other provisions of the Franchise Agreement.

Additionally, applicable hotel personnel must attend meetings and additional brand standard training programs that Caption By Hyatt specifies, at the franchisee's sole expense, relating to that non-compliance.
