- Bookkeeping Service. You are required to exclusively use Bookkeeping Services that we designate. However, if you currently operate a similarly situated franchised business that uses a bookkeeping service, you may provide us with a written request to continue using such bookkeeping service. You may be granted, in our sole discretion, express permission to use your current bookkeeping service for your CANOPY® business. The Bookkeeping Services Fee is a monthly fee that is currently charged at $350 per month. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canopy Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to use bookkeeping services designated by the company. The standard Bookkeeping Services Fee is $350 per month, covering up to 5 hours of assistance. Additional assistance is available at an hourly rate.
However, there is an exception. If a prospective Canopy Lawn Care franchisee already operates a similarly situated franchised business and uses a bookkeeping service for that business, they can submit a written request to Canopy Lawn Care to continue using their existing service.
