What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canopy Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the lessor, servicer, any other agent of the lessor, and any of their respective successors or assigns have specific rights regarding vehicle inspections. These parties have the right to inspect any vehicle at any reasonable time during the term of the agreement.
To facilitate these inspections, they are permitted to enter any building or location where the vehicle is situated. This provision grants broad access rights to the lessor and its agents, allowing them to monitor the condition and use of the vehicles leased to Canopy Lawn Care franchisees.
This clause ensures that the lessor can verify the vehicle's condition and adherence to the terms of the lease agreement. For a prospective Canopy Lawn Care franchisee, this means they must allow these inspections and provide access to the vehicles at reasonable times and locations. Failure to comply could potentially lead to a breach of the lease agreement.
