What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canopy Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Lessor, Servicer, any other agent of Lessor, and any of their respective successors or assigns have the right to inspect any vehicle at any reasonable time during the term of the agreement. This inspection can occur at any building or place where the vehicle is located.
This clause in the agreement allows the Lessor and its representatives to ensure that the vehicles are being properly maintained and used according to the terms of the lease. It also allows them to verify the condition of the vehicles for insurance and valuation purposes.
For a prospective Canopy Lawn Care franchisee, this means they must allow vehicle inspections by the Lessor or its agents at any reasonable time and location. Failure to comply with these inspections could potentially lead to a breach of the lease agreement.
