- (d) Franchisee or its Designated Business Manager must attend mandatory annual conferences at such locations as Franchisor may reasonably designate, and Franchisee will pay all salary and other expenses of persons attending, including any conference fees, travel expenses, meals, living expenses and personal expenses.
- (e) Subject to Section 8.5, any additional required Service or Product introduced into the System by Franchisor must be offered for sale on a continuing basis at the Business at the time and in the manner required by Franchisor. Franchisor will provide at least 30 days prior written notice of any new required Service or Product introduced into the System.
