- (9) Computer Systems. You must have a computer, internet, and smart phone to operate the business. You must also obtain a subscription to QuickBooks Online that includes our standardized Chart of Accounts, which you will purchase from us or our affiliate as disclosed in Item 6. You will need a GPS tracker for each Vehicle. This estimate assumes that your personnel will provide their own smartphones, but you may elect to provide your personnel with a smartphone for use at work. Currently we will provide at no additional cost to you, subscriptions to the other software that we require you to use.
