("JPI"), Jan-Pro Enterprises, LLC ("JPE"), Koala Insulation Franchisor, LLC ("Koala"),Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Franchisor, LLC ("OLP"), Superior Fence and Rail Franchisor, LLC ("Superior Fence"), and Wallaby Windows Franchisor, LLC ("Wallaby"). Archadeck, Bumble, Conserva, OLP, Koala, Superior Fence, and Wallaby have the same principal business address as us. In September 2021, Archadeck became affiliated with Empower Brands through an acquisition.
